We focus on equitable, accessible course design, community building, and authentic assessment. I joined the DePaul FITS department as the university was transitioning from the Blackboard LMS to the Desire2Learn LMS and was a lead trainer for hundreds of faculty. I supported faculty in migrating content, modifying course design, and in some cases transforming a face-to-face class to an online or hybrid format. I designed and facilitated face-to-face training sessions, created documentation, screencasts, and an online training course, and provided phone and email support. I served as liaison between faculty, vendor, and various university departments during a Digication ePortfolio gradual rollout and contributed content and design ideas to the Teaching Commons website. Conference presentations include Desire2Learn Fusion and Distance Teaching & Learning. As a certified Peer Reviewer for Quality Matters I performed internal course reviews to provide ratings and constructive feedback for new online courses. I also contributed to www.iddblog.org and presented a professional development session to my colleagues.
