In 2017, in partnership with colleagues from the SMHFA National Training Team, I developed a Mental Health Ambassadors Peer Education Project for senior secondary school pupils. This is an innovative programme enabling senior pupils to raise the profile of mental health and wellbeing in their school, challenge stigma around mental health, and support their peers and younger pupils. We deliver the programme to local authority and independent schools in Scotland.

I have 20 years' experience as a Russian to English translator. I am currently focusing on my training and tutoring services, but am still available for occasional translation work. I became a certified Mental Health First Aid Instructor for NHS Health Scotland in 2016.
