Preparation of accounts for Limited companies, sole traders and LLP’s, preparation and submission of VAT returns, preparation of corporation tax returns and preparation of management accounts. Company Secretarial; including preparation and submission of Confirmation Statements, director’s changes, stock transfer forms, company incorporations, etc. Training/mentoring new starters.

Preparation of unincorporated and corporate accounts, submission of abbreviated accounts with Companies House, preparation of self- assessment tax returns and online filing of tax returns, preparation and submission of VAT returns, book-keeping, assisted in the preparation of charity accounts, assistance at a stock-take, preparation of corporation tax returns, P11D preparation and submission. External audit assistance – using Vantage to perform substantive tests, analytical procedures and tests of control, etc. Performed internal audit procedures for a Parish Council. General admin procedures and communications such as drafting and sending emails/letters outlining queries, sending accounts/tax returns/VAT returns, etc. to clients and the preparation of budgets and bills
