CurrentI manage the global HR Shared Services team at Forrester. We are responsible for providing front-line HR support to 1900+ employees. In addition to this support, we also manage the operations of the broader HR department such as employment change transactions, documentation, file management, and HR program support. As the leader of this team, I manage our capacity, represent our function in leadership meetings, monitor and implement process/process improvement, identify HCM issues for resolution, and ensure compliance with global employment law.Specific achievements include: - Managed implementation of new HCM employee support ticketing platform in Workday; platform used by 1900+ employees- Implemented customer / experience feedback collection and review system to monitor team service satisfaction- Significant partner in implementation of new core HCM system- Partnered with ecosystem to streamline/further automate a key European process- Helped develop and standardize employee COVID response and exposure protocol
