As a member of the Enactus executive council, I oversaw two out of 10 team projects: Harmony House and Panther Store. Harmony HouseI lead a team to develop and teach an online and in-class job development program for abused women. This project helped support women who have been abused by educating them on the proper skills needed to successfully get a job. The Panther StoreI worked with a team to raise awareness of the Panther Store on Drury's campus as well as its mission, to provide abused women jobs to get them back on their feet and build confidence within themselves. Our goals are to create employment opportunities for the women at Harmony House, increase foot traffic through marketing techniques and reach the revenue goals set by Drury University.

I led the organization, marketing, and operations of a completly student-run event, Sugar Rush. Sugar Rush is an event to promoting local restaurants and cafes serving up the best desserts the Ozarks has to offer. All the proceeds of this event benefit Care to Learn, a non-profit organization that provides immediant funding and action to meet any health, hunger, and hygiene need of Springfield children affected by poverty.

I was responsible for supervising chapter life and maintaining the standards as well as the well-being of the chapter. I facilitated all chapter and exec meetings as well as conduct pledging and initiation ceremonies. As the chapter president I was responsible for the chapter moral and the actions of Pi Phi members.

Drury University, Springfield Mo

Organized and lead 56 members in service projects and philanthropic fundraisers for Drury and Springfield community. Hosted a fundraiser on November 16, 2011 that raised $5,000. All proceeds helped two children with autism to attend Rivendale, a school for children with autism and learning disabilities. Created a month-long reading enrichment program at a local title one school. Encouraged reading to a third grade class of 25 students through fun activities and crafty projects. At the end of the program each child received a brand new chapter book, reading certificate and medal.
