Emily K. Fons is an attorney practicing corporate and antitrust law at Godfrey & Kahn, S.C. Emily has a comprehensive transactional practice and regularly advises clients on general corporate matters including business planning, risk management, and reviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts. She also has trained clients on the pitfalls of antitrust law in day-to-day operations, particularly highlighting the Robinson-Patman Act’s applicability to discounts and rebates. Emily also frequently represents clients in obtaining merger clearance and has successfully represented clients before the Department of Justice Antitrust Division in merger investigations.
