Developed strategies to deliver existing qualifications into new niche markets; including prison service, armed forces and police. OCR Share grew to value of £5m. Today Offender Learning remains an important market for OCR and is intrinsically aligned to their values in education for all.- Spent time in prison education departments understanding the barriers to delivering learning- Worked with specialists to adapt products, to ensure that they could be delivered and that offenders could access education accross sites and over time.- Researched changes in market funding and contracting to feed into business development plan.- Worked with key account manager to win B2B tenders. This enabled OCR to accelerate programme to extend availability of qualifications to offenders, in a financially viable way ensuring equal access for all.- Situational and competitive analysis included market segmentation, and gap analysis. - Appraisal of risk, opportunity and return led to board approval of strategic plans and investment

Management of team of 5 and budget of £0.8m Integrated campaign management and execution. Design and print procurment and management of creative design and brand agencies. Focus on developing multiple channels, and accurate RoI appraisal of each. Fundamental understanding of the customer led to development of successful campaign propositions and increased organisational understanding of decision making units and drivers.
