    In this role I design, create, implement and analyse the social media strategy and associated content for Whittard of Chelsea. Role responsibilities also include supporting the creation of in-store marketing campaigns and retail marketing activity. In order to maximise sales and optimise the customer journey in store, I support the campaign manager with in-store marketing. This includes planning, briefing and organising the creation, printing and distribution of promotional point of sale materials and window displays across 60 nationwide stores, with my primary campaign focus being Christmas 2015.For the social media responsibility of the role, I outlined a 2015 social media strategy and objectives then created a social media content plan aligned with planned product launches, retail marketing activity and digital campaigns to ensure that Whittard of Chelsea's marketing follows a multi-channel approach. Whittard of Chelsea social media engages potential and current customers to encourage brand loyalty, drives traffic to the website and footfall to stores, plus increases online brand awareness.Assisting the retail marketing manager, I have organised and managed activity in association with various retail and charity events, including Vogue Fashion's Night Out on Regent Street, Oxford Street Giveaway shopping event and Save Wild Tigers charity event at The Savoy. Activity has included in store cocktail mixology displays, in-store DJs, sampling, CRM competitions, providing promotional goodie bags among others. This role also involves implementing marketing activity through third parties sites and publications, such as shopping centres and shopping associations, ensuring that their marketing material, websites, social media platforms and email newsletters are utilised to generate further exposure for the brand.     Creating and implementing digital marketing campaigns for fashion brands, covering social media and blogger outreach, in order to drive traffic, increase brand awareness, create sales and improve SEO.Brands were advised on how to maximise exposure, reach and increase fans through social media while ensuring a high ROI. Plans were created to ensure that these strategies were effectively followed, then results monitored and analysed throughout the course of the campaign.I worked towards developing a blogger network system and website in this role, with over 8,000 top UK and International bloggers active on the system. The blogger network ensures that brands are able to connect and be matched with the most effective and current bloggers and affiliate websites for their image and desired criteria, in order to advertise through their sites. I built a close personal relationship with many of the top UK and International bloggers, many of which I still keep in touch with today. One fashion brand's online marketing campaign was bought offline, to enable them to connect and communicate with fashion bloggers in person, while ensuring the bloggers shared the brand online. I arranged two press events for AX Paris with over 200 of the UK's top bloggers and 50 members of press in attendance, including writers from Reveal and Look. Held at top London venues, Circus and Proud Cabaret, the events were designed to showcase AX Paris' new collection and launch their TV advert while reinforcing brand image and encouraging social sharing on Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and blogs.I created and lead a seminar at Pure London 34 (Aug '13), "The Benefits of Bloggers for Brands", one of the UK's largest fashion tradeshows. Key skills developed in this role:- Development & creation of integrated digital marketing strategy- Social media community management- Event management- SEO- Lead Generation- Basic HTML- Directing web and graphic designers from creative brief.
