BACKGROUNDWith a passion for turnaround brands, Emily Martinez has consistently spearheaded change and reversed trends across multiple beverage brands and categories throughout her brand management career. Shortly after graduating from DePaul University, Emily started at Kraft Heinz in the Beverages business unit, where she held positions of increasing responsibility for 4 years, ranging from management of complex categories (Liquid Concentrates, K-Cups) to iconic billion dollar brands (Maxwell House, Capri Sun, and Kool Aid). In May 2016, she made the move to Molson Coors Beverage Company to lead some of Miller Lite's largest consumer activation platforms (Baseball, Holiday, and LGBTQ), moving to an elevated role managing the new Miller High Life 'Welcome to High Life' campaign and targeting a new generation of drinkers. To gain additional development on the sales side, Emily was promoted to Customer Marketing Manager, leading On-Premise Channel Solutions for MCBC’s largest On-Premise Chain customers. In her current role, Emily is responsible for the performance of MCBC’s Regional Craft portfolio in newly formed Emerging Growth Division, managing 1 direct report and a large cross-functional team across 6 breweries.
