Adjectives to describe me: multi-tasking, practical, systematic, efficientBeing a full-time University student and a full-time employee in Fu Sun at the same time allows me to learn how to be multi-tasking and work efficiently. Paying full attention in class and finishing all work in a systematical way brings me the First Class Honour and the "Most Valuable Staff Award" in 2008.My 4-year life in Fu Sun was challenging. Being an Assistant Manager in an SME means that I have to work on all areas - dealing with suppliers and customers, visiting factories, shipping, quality checking, drafting quotation, etc. This allows me to have a overall picture of a BUSINESS.After completing my MSc in HRM in LSE, I joined Sa Sa Cosmetic, which is the largest cosmetic company in the retail industry in Hong Kong. Leading 3 HR staffs in the office team, we provided full spectrum service to more than 600 office and warehouse staffs. Workload in a retail company is really heavy - high turnover, complicated payroll system, minimum wage issues, new projects come up frequently (including Management Trainne programme, annual dinner, balance score card, etc.). This gave me a great exposure. I have to say I enjoy the time in Sa Sa.I am now working for FT, the 131-year-old media company. New challenges for me - multinational culture, working with global team, on-going restructuring, etc. I enjoy changes.I am a certified MBTI practitioner.
