Using Nestlé’s tax authorization list, create annual W2 list and send W2s to employees and tax provider once available so that employees can prepare their annual taxes. • Create reports from various databases, including SAP and GA, and pull and analyze data that will be used as part of the annual inpat salary revision process, which impacts approximately 140 employees.• Process tax settlement, loan and relocation repayment checks by logging in appropriate trackers and ensuring they are sent to the accounting department.• Review relocation invoices received from vendor for errors and process within ten days to ensure they are paid within the agreed upon time frame.• Act as the administrative team lead and track the duties and assignments of administrative contractors.
