I was responsible for the creation and execution of the online and offline written content, as well as the brand's email and social media channels.

As a senior copywriter, I looked after all written marketing content and customer communications, predominately for the print based brochures and mailers. To ensure brand consistency, I also adapted this for digital using my SEO knowledge, as well as related social media, emails or letters.

Leading up the LloydsPharmacy online content, I created customer-focused copy with digital in mind. I brainstormed content marketing approaches to reach our customers, as well as briefing in designers, working with online production assistants and mentoring others on copywriting techniques and SEO tools.

Working alongside the marketing department, designers, UX/UI specialists and social media teams, my day-to-day involved creating engaging, customer-lead copy for a variety of scenarios. This varied from user friendly, informative copy for credit promotions to creative email marketing, print brochures and new features on desktop, mobile and apps. Contributing Leicestershire restaurant reviews to More Mercury, the weekend edition of the Leicester Mercury newspaper.
