Als Talent Manager ben ik verantwoordelijk voor de uitbouw van een innovatief Talent Management beleid door sterk in te zetten op Selectie & Rekrutering, Employer Branding, Training & Development & Performance Management.Milcobel, met hoofdzetel in Kallo, verwerkt jaarlijks 1.8 miljard liter melk afkomstig van haar 2600 leden-melkveehouders. Dit vertaalt zich in de productie van de bekende Brugge Kaas, industriële kazen, boter, room, melkdranken, melkpoeder en ijsjes. Milcobel is zowel nationaal als internationaal actief. Met een omzet van €1.2 miljard, 8 productiesites en 2000 medewerkers is Milcobel de nummer 1 zuivelproducent in België.
