Once I realized that being in stage management meant I would get to have a hand in making all those things possible while serving the larger goal of the production, I knew I was home. Now that growth and journey continues, as I pursue certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) so I can expand my vocabulary and bring my love of leadership, my drive to bring out the best in my teams, and my passion for problem solving to your next endeavor. My sweet spot lies at intersection of dreaming and doing, creativity and logic. I provide the structure that gives my teams the flexibility to innovate, create, and most importantly, thrive. I work as the hub of your team’s wheel, providing strategic insights, timelines, tasks, and ensuring deliverables. I know a little about a lot, but I’m still comfortable saying “I don’t know, let me find out”. I am accustomed to working on a steep learning curve, and pride myself on being quick to adjust so I can fill my knowledge gaps to be of the greatest service to the project, and my team. With a keen eye on the macro and the micro at all times, I anticipate needs from a mile away and implement the fix before the issue has a chance to manifest.
