I am responsible for the day-to-day operations including maximizing occupancy, resident relations, collections, and physical appearance of a 260 unit apartment and townhome community located in the heart of the revitalized West 7th neighborhood of St.Paul. Schmidt Artist Lofts opened in November 2013 and all 3 phases/buildings were fully open and occupied by August 2014. The community is 100% Tax Credit and home to artists of all disciplines. The iconic Schmidt Brewery was restored to the glory of the original 1890 structure and offers 247 unique lofts and a remarkable mix of artist amenities including a multi-media lab, performance center, clay studio, paint studio, and dance and yoga studios.
