I created all written collateral for our clients’ digital marketing plans including emails, blog articles, and whitepapers and worked with client contacts to develop editorial standards and brand voice for that content. Toward the end of my time as copywriter, I began to develop tools and implement procedures that allowed us to streamline our production and client approval processes.

As a graduate student tutor at Loyola, I was responsible for assisting students, staff, and faculty with writing projects. This was a largely collaborative role. Beyond acting as a resource on grammar and style, I also worked with writers to distill research into coherent arguments.

My training and experience in multiple writing styles allowed me to maintain consistency and quality standards across all content published on the Record Rebellion's site. In addition to editing and proofing content, I also collaborated with writers on the development of articles and interview questions.

Acted as peer facilitator in the Social Science Division senior research seminar, helping students work through all steps of the research and writing process and providing feedback for the course instructor.
