• Implement Wilson Reading System Intervention to accelerate literacy growth through targeted online intervention sessions.

• Completed teacher training program through student teaching in Boston Public Schools and completed Master's in Education through UMass Boston and Boston Teacher Residency Program.

• Trained college students on how to facilitate workshops for their peers on a variety of different diversity, identity, and social justice issues.

• Organized and executed weekly events and community service projects for 150 international college students.• Connected adult international students with necessary supports and resources for transitioning to a new college environment.
