As the Director of Information Management, I served as the main conservator of information for the Foundations Accounting & Investments Office (FAI) at NC State and the primary disseminator of training to those external to FAI. Thorough understanding of Roberts Rules of Order and other corporate governance guidelines to assist with meeting facilitation, bylaws revision and interpretation, resolution writing, and other corporate governance items for University-associated 501(c)(3) entities and the University Endowment Fund.
