As Account Manager for the newly secured East Sussex County Council recruitment contract, I successfully led the project’s implementation, building strong client relationships, and delivering on contractual promises. I provided systems training for all users and managed supplier engagement to ensure seamless service delivery.I excelled in evaluating performance, analysing financial data, and delivering data-driven insights to optimise recruitment processes.
