• Concurrently creating event budgets, traveling to oversee installation of shows, and reconciling 15 – 20 programs, ranging in budget from $100K - $1M a year• Working daily with account executives, finance, production, logistics, and onsite teams to support 35 – 40 programs annually • Responsible for compiling and distributing event information to brand ambassadors and product specialists• Currently the buyer for the Best Long-Running Experiential Campaign according to Adweek• Sourcing event premiums and staff apparel for a variety of shows • Actively support onsite personnel by booking travel and being the single point of contact for any issues with installation, run of show, and dismantle of program

• Worked with the production team to three bid show services (a/v, lighting, staging, scenic, etc.) resulting in significant cost savings for the client• Cultivated relationships with vendors, regional account executives, and producers while managing over 50 active programs

• Helped to coordinate all special events from start to finish, including: the annual black-tie gala, golf outing, Tour de Cure cycling event, Step Out Walk, and wine tasting • Recruited, trained, and served as on-site coordinator for over 400 volunteers for all fundraising events • Solicited donations for all auctions and maintained auction software/ database • Created and regularly updated special event Excel dashboards to track event finances and ticket sales
