Communicate daily with patients in order to get them scheduled for their testing. I work efficiently by making outgoing calls while also receiving incoming calls. I have recently been working on a pilot program in order to obtain the authorization for patient's once they have been scheduled for their exams. I communicate with insurance companies as well as doctor's offices regularly and work to maintain relationships in order to get the job done more effectively.
