I joined the Transcarent team after the acquisition of 98point6. I am working with many of the same people in a new environment, and I'm excited to see how we all grow from it!

98point6 is pioneering a new approach to primary care by pairing AI/machine learning with the expertise of board-certified physicians. Our innovative service offers consistent access to comprehensive care in sickness and in health, and includes diagnosis and treatment, ordering of prescriptions and labs, as well as consultation for any health-related question. We provide accessible care with uncompromising quality—all at a massively lower cost than anything else on the market today. -I've helped 20+ clinicians seamlessly transition onto our clinic schedule after training. -I work closely with appropriate stakeholders to set processes and workflows (always striving for relentless improvement) with our contingent clinician group.

I supported clinic operations by offering and delivering appropriate and prompt solutions to patients and other stakeholders. The Center for Pain Relief is the longest running multi-disciplinary chronic pain center in the country. Complexity and uniqueness were baked into every day. Situations and emotions escalated multiple times per day, so I honed my active listening skills to identify a person’s underlying goal. Then, I offered available and realistic solutions that addressed the need without compromising effective operations or impacting unnecessary stakeholders. My two favorite projects during my time at the Center for Pain Relief were: -Collaborating with our behavioral health providers to identify and intervene to improve patient engagement and the fill rates of their specialty appointments. -Leading a team of 5.5 FTEs through the statewide public health crisis caused by the abrupt closure of the nearby Seattle Pain Clinic. (This happened during my year as interim supervisor.) The Sports Medicine Center at Husky Stadium offers subspecialists in family medicine, physical medicine and rehabilitation, physical therapy and orthopedic surgery. There was a team of >30 clinicians and >200 patients visited daily. I spent two years as a clinic referral coordinator coordinating care and processing nearly 200 incoming referrals weekly. My two favorite projects during my time at the Sports Medicine Center were: -Creating a comprehensive training document to empower front desk staff with the appropriate knowledge and resources to assist 150+ in-person patients daily, 100+ phone calls daily, and the ongoing schedule coordination of coordinating schedules for 20+ providers and 12 physical therapists. -Completing an in-depth analysis on physical therapy referrals and their originating clinics. This helped to streamline operational processes during a period of decreased staffing within Stadium Physical Therapy.

After completing my certificate in Marketing Management, I returned to Dale Turner YMCA to help improve their marketing effectiveness. their marking efforts. During this period, I've created promotional materials and completed four in-depth analytics projects. • For my first marketing analytics project, I collected and analyzed top performing Facebook posts. The second project involved analyzing data about email newsletter performance. The third project was a comparative analysis of post performance using Facebook Insights. The fourth project involved a deep-dive into audience engagement data. After all four projects, I provided complete recommendations and findings in Microsoft Excel.

In 2014, I began working with local businesses independently to provide resources to effectively market to their target audience. One personal training business needed advice on how to improve Facebook engagement. Another yoga company needed a comprehensive marketing plan. In May 2016, I signed my first recurring freelance writing client. I continue to write content weekly for this business.

Dale Turner Family YMCA has 1,000+ unique visits daily and has been an important community spot since its opening in October 2008. Originally, I was hired to help with front-line operations. Within 6 months, I became a staff lead and activity coach. One year later, I was promoted to the branch leadership team. • As the first membership admin coordinator, I created an innovative organizational system to manage information, saving $500 per month, performed 700 unique monthly membership changes, and managed departmental staffing. • Together with my team, I assisted a domestic violence victim who had just fled an abusive situation. The Risk Management department later told us that we handled the situation better than they could have advised. • Over a period of 6 months, I conceptualized and implemented three projects that improved team communication and facility operations. (These projects included a “Big Red Button” safety tour, a communication board, and numbered work stations.)

As part of Hall Health’s Health Promotion Department, the University Health Education Leadership Program provided peer educations to college students. The quarterly newsletter, the WellDawg, was distributed around the University of Washington campus. • For one school year, I managed a team of 5 volunteers to oversee the design, editing, and publishing of 5 quarterly editions. • Together with the team, I initiated and fostered new relationships with Freshmen Advisers and Residence Hall directors. This partnership increased newsletter distribution and engagement with the health promotion programs.
