Responsible for meeting nutritional needs, offering enrichment opportunities, and maintaining sanitary living quarters for eight permanently disabled raptors. Experience with bald and golden eagles (90 and 110 hours respectively over a six month period) and smaller raptors including falcons, owls, and hawks. Prepared lesson plans for pre-school, elementary, and secondary school-aged children that included manned raptor presentations, props, activities, songs, and storytelling. Maintained daily records of raptor weights, feedings, and general health. Performed captures of injured eagles when necessary. Worked closely with USFWS and other raptor centers. Gave daily raptor presentations to the public.

Responsible for leading four programs daily for groups of up to 13 children ranging in age from 5 to 17 years. Facilitated low ropes course and teams challenge course. Participated in English immersion for French-speaking students from the Montreal area.
