The Human Resources Assistant will display remarkable conflict management and decision-making skills with a solid understanding of employee relationships, staffing management, recruitment and selection, and staff onboarding processes. This role will be responsible for many tasks such as hiring, onboarding, staff management, staff health and safety, and other administrative tasks as assigned.

An English Second Language camps based in Toronto and Montreal. Previously worked as camp counsellor and two years as a section director overseeing the 13–17-year-old camper section.Responsibilities include but not limited to:- Leading excursion and activities for 80+ international students- Managing a team of 10+ counsellors and supporting them with their groups- Working with other camp directors and helping with some administrative aspects of camp
