UK and International Educational LeaderEmily worked as a teacher for 5 years at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Primary School where she raised the standards of attainment in Key Stage 2, developed the Literacy curriculum across the school and lead disadvantaged students towards many sporting successes - developing their skills of; listening, co-operation, discipline and self-confidence. She was later promoted to Deputy/Assistant Head Teacher at St Joseph's Catholic Primary School. During her 2 years at St Joseph's she was instrumental in the development and analysis of data, leading pupil progress, raising accountability and implementing individualised learning.After gaining her NPQH in 2012, Emily moved into International Education in Cairo, Egypt. As Vice-Principal of GEMS Windrose Academy, she was instrumental in leading and managing curriculum, staff development, financial management, procurement, and the setting up of a brand new 3-18 school comprising of 300 plus students. She expanded her international experience working in the Cayman Islands. Working as Head of School at an all-through (EYFS - KS5) British private co-educational school. More recently, Emily has taken on the role of Headteacher at a specialist SEMH provision (KS2 - KS4) in the UK. As well as completing Inspection training with Tribal Education.
