As a partner in our New York office and Vice Chair, Business Litigation, I advise businesses and individuals in commercial disputes. My experience includes federal and state court litigation and arbitration in areas of law including complex breach of contract, business torts, and fraud, across a broad range of industries. I also provides pre-litigation counseling to reduce risk and solve problems before litigation becomes inevitable.I am proud to deliver a level of service that earns clients' trust and achieves their unique business objectives. I strive to provide clients with a clear view of every project through early case assessment, smart and efficient planning and management, and meaningful communication.My experience reaches many industries, including financial services, accounting, art, fashion, and life sciences. I have represented clients in contract disputes and business tort claims, indemnification disputes, and employment disputes. I also have experience with regulatory matters, criminal defense, and internal investigations.I serve as the New York Chair of Thompson Hine’s Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion initiative to support the career advancement of attorneys from underrepresented groups and work toward greater justice in our profession and the legal system.I am the past Chair of the board of directors of Neighbors Together, a social services center committed to ending hunger and poverty in some of the lowest-income areas in New York City.Originally from New Jersey, I have lived in New York City for two decades.
