With over 10 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, I am passionate about creating and strengthening strategic partnerships that advance social justice, community development, and civic engagement. As the Director of Strategic Partnerships at Queens Community House, I lead the development and implementation of partnership strategies that align with the organization's mission, vision, and values.My core competencies include facilitation, organizational assessment and diagnosis, and content creation, which I leverage to foster authentic and collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders, such as funders, donors, board members, staff, volunteers, and community members. I also have a Master of Science degree in Organizational Change Management from The New School, where I gained valuable insights and skills on how to enhance organizational effectiveness.
