As an Account Manager over our Applications Services vertical, I support our clients by helping them plan, run, and execute their top IT initiatives. I do this through our quality-focused approach to service delivery along with partnering with the highest caliber IT Professionals in the market. Our IT Services include Staff Augmentation, Flex SOW Solutions, Managed Services, and comprehensive Workforce Management Solutions. I have been responsible for the following verticals: Network Infrastructure, Security, Cloud, Core and Enterprise Applications. The Account Manager is responsible for all steps associated with sales process. • Increase sales and market share through assigned and newly generated accounts.• Foster lasting relationships with prospective customers to establish customer needs, hiring cycles, and build a strategicpartnership.• Identify client business initiatives and challenges as they relate to their technical environments and hiring initiatives. • Prepare and deliver proposals to customers.• Generate sales leads, cold-call prospective clients, and set client meetings.• Understand customers’ business and IT initiatives, as well as their specific technical and cultural environments, to provide proactive workforce planning.• Responsible for all steps associated with the identification, placement and management of IT professionals. • Responsible for management and training of Recruiters to help build in-depth market/industry expertise as well as strong alignment to the core values of the organization.

Our expertise spans a wide range of services including technical staff augmentation and direct placement services, as well project services, including full management of outsourced projects and technical education & training services.• Responsible for full recruitment life cycle: posting job, procuring and screening candidate resumes, interviewing candidates, presenting candidate to client hiring manager, extending formal offer of employment • Source candidates through various resources such as LinkedIn, ATS, Recruiter Workspace (RWS), cold calling, networking, and internet based searches • Post jobs using effective marketing skills on LinkedIn and CareerBuilder • Qualify candidates by conducting phone screens, interviews, and technical assessments • Close deals by using strong negotiating skills • Establish and grow relationships within the IT community • Build and maintain a network of candidates by sourcing with tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, CareerBuilder, and TEKsystems' internal Applicant Tracking System (ATS)• Recruit a variety of professionals including but not limited to: Frontend and Backend Developers, Project Managers, Business Analysts, Quality Assurance Analysts, Project Controls Specialists, and Systems Analysts
