I recently graduated with a BS in Business Management and Human Resource Management from Utah State University in May 2023. I am a hard worker with time management, multi-tasking, teamwork, leadership, and conflict resolution skills that I use daily. While attending Utah State University I worked full-time while also a full-time student, it was critical that I had time management and multi-tasking skills. I constantly work in teams both at work and at school. At work, I recently moved to a sales role in Appliances at Lowe's. I have met and exceeded my sales goal every month since I started the position, it is uncommon to reach your sales goal the first month in the position and I was able to. I am constantly finding new ways to sell customers both what they want and need while remaining within their budget. I am the top sales specialist with new accounts to the store as well as other sales goals. I understand how to use Microsoft Office and know how to utilize its useful skills. I resolve problems at work and school through critical thinking to take care of the issue. I have continuously managed my time and multi-task while under immense pressure. I am always looking to learn new skills and attributes as well as improve my current ones to become a better and stronger leader. I plan on doing that by obtaining new knowledge through my class and work experiences to do so. While at Lowe's I increased the number of account holders for Lowe's while I was a part-time cashier. I had more new accounts than any full-time sales associate. I have also maintained fulfillment and helped continuously grow by comping more than 6% of last year's sales year to date.
