Partners with global suppliers and team members in NORAM, EMEA, and APAC. Assist in creation of contractor process for Meta teams and launching of new roles within the company. Serve as a mentor for the team and help create development. Lead project and process improvements to drive strategy and efficiency. Mentor and lead team members as well solve escalation occurrences. Overall lead key business groups of Meta through successful Contractor hires.

As a resident assistant (RA) for Grand Canyon University, I am responsible for up to 70 residents. Providing on-call support, creating a safe environment, and upholding GCU housing policies are some of my duties as an RA. A large aspect of my RA role is building intentional relations with my residents and collaborating with Resident Directors and fellow team members to achieve building community. I also participate in planning community events for my residents on a monthly basis and planning all building events as well.
