Frost River is a manufacturing facility and retail store. The company creates bags and other assorted products from canvas, leather, and buckskin. My duty as Customer Service Contact was to handle all inquiries made. On the daily I would answer emails which ranged from inquiries about products and services, questions or concerns, or just general knowledge about the company. The number of emails varied from day to day. I was also in charge of the phones which customers called for the same reasons above, or if they would have liked to place orders with us over the phone. I needed to have knowledge of all operating systems used like BigCommerce, Square, Excel, Stocky, and Spotify. I was also in charge of the sales floor. This Included stocking, managing part time employees, and general upkeep. Interacting with customers and helping them find what they needed was the main focus when I was not otherwise occupied. I also learned how to use various machines and techniques to assist manufacturing in creating the products.
