My diverse background have all required organization skills, strong communication, and special attention to detail. Responsibilities in my recent roles include:- Representing the agency on all client matters and continuing to develop relationships with clients as the main point of contact.- Foreseeing any delays or changes that could derail meeting deliverable while working with suppliers.- Managing timelines and ensuring that the agency maintains momentum in every stage of a project. - Particularly those related to project quoting, monitoring budgets, and billing.- Ensuring internal teams follow process and deliver on all necessary documentation on time.- Reviewing all creative/production materials at every stage to ensure the brand guidelines and the brief has been met.My many years in athletics, particularly as captain of the university varsity basketball team, taught me the value of teamwork and group management. The experience taught me the level of responsibility required to lead a successful team and a contributing member of a diverse group. It is crucial to stay motivated and focused, while assisting and encouraging others, in order to achieve a common goal. This has translated into the type of driven project manager I am today - known for rolling up my sleeves and getting work done (and on time) for clients and the company.
