Emily Sawicki serves in the United States Air Force as Force Support Officer, dedicated to nurturing and promoting the capabilities of our Airmen, contributing to the strength and effectiveness of the Air Force. Currently, she is assigned to the 544th Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Group at Buckley Space Force Base in Colorado. There, she advises senior leadership on personnel management for over 400 Airmen engaged in 29 distinct mission sets, fostering integration with Intelligence Community agencies, Department of Defense mission partners, and United States Space Force missions.Emily received her commission from the Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps, Detachment 370, at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where she received two Bachelor of Science degrees. She has a deep interest in the well-being of individuals throughout their lives, focusing on health preservation, injury care, and disability management. Her long-term goal is to become an occupational therapist, using her skills to make a positive impact in innovative and sustainable ways while providing compassionate care.
