About Emily Winters

What do the film set of Mud (2012) in rural Arkansas and an office job at a Paris start-up have in common? My two biggest passions: Storytelling and teaching. They go hand in hand, and the most fulfilling professional and personal experiences of my life have always included a rich blend of the two. As a customer experience manager, I drive user adoption by telling my company's story throughout the customer journey, from marketing to onboarding and beyond. I use this messaging to coordinate with the customer success team to teach the users how to become the heroes of their own stories: successful TV and film production professionals empowered to use software solutions on their sets and in their production offices. My love of stories is married to my love of languages. I earned my TESL (Teach English as a Second Language) certificate in 2018 and have helped dozens of English language learners become skillful communicators and experience the pride of language mastery. And starting in 2022, I began learning my 3rd language - Persian!So if you need a storyteller, proofreader, cheerleader, language learning buddy or film nerd, let me know!
