The most important aspect of any job is communication and mutual respect amongst team members, along with personal attitude of motivation, self-growth, and reliability. My distinct hard-working mindset comes from almost two decades of playing competitive soccer, with my career ending as a D2 athlete at a high-performance program. My job was to organize the team, give direction, and still make it 100% clear to everyone that I was going to do my job with confidence, determination, and the mindset of "it could always be better.” I take all of these aspects and apply them to my current positions as an employee and as a human-being who is doing her best to advance her mindset and skill-set on a daily basis. I like the challenge and I work best when I'm under pressure.
