- Develop and manage brand, marketing, and digital strategies and calendars for clients across consumer goods, wellness, and femtech- Execute and optimize various marketing tactics including email marketing, influencer management, social media, content creation, website, and print collateral.- Average a 25% open rate, 7.1% click rate, and 16% conversion rate across all email marketing clients - Develop brand strategy presentations for internal and external use including positioning statements, value propositions, competitor differentiation, clear messaging, and other key brand elements - Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all teams- Understand consumer needs, buyer persona, their problems and client solutions as well as best segmentation practices- Lead go-to-market strategies across teams and track success for both B2B and B2C clients- Build KPI dashboards for tracking key sales, marketing, and customer data and use insights to inform future decisions- Work with sales representatives to ensure their access to needed collateral and to create cross-functional plans for increasing sales - Manage project timelines and budgets to keep clients and external teams on or ahead of schedule and in budget- Serve as a point of contact between client and other outside service providers such as photographers, printers, and PR agencies
