• Sourcing, developing and following-up production for fabrics for 4 yearly women’s sportswear collections, as well as for capsule collections such as the collaborations with Gigi Hadid• Translating design ideas into high quality fabrics which fit brand identity and meet margin targets • Building and maintaining a solid network of around 80 preferred fabric suppliers worldwide, as well as onboarding new suppliers• Optimising price/quality mix and timely delivery for fabrics in production locations in Europe and Far East by negotiating fabric prices and lead times for sampling and bulk• Managing setup of effective sourcing archive as well as trans-seasonal core quality library• Giving fabric directions and support to fabric mills, local buying office teams in Hong Kong, Shanghai, India and Turkey, and to direct vendors in Europe and Far East• Buying trips and fairs in Europe and Far East• Reporting into Sr. Buying Director • Managing fabric assistant
