I strive to better myself every day that I report, whether it's a deposition, CART, or court. I love to hook up with Realtime on attorneys' laptops and give them an amazing first look at what our profession is all about. I love that I am able to help people "hear" who otherwise are unable through the use of my hands. I can work from home doing Remote CART over the Internet or on site at various colleges and other organizations. I have also enjoyed traveling abroad and throughout the US for work to places such as Korea, Greece, Florida to name a few. I had a goal of taking the National Speed Competition ever since I began in the field. I placed second in my first attempt. I am a Certified Court Reporter in Nevada, Washington, and Montana. I received my Registered Professional Reporter while still in school on May 4, 2002, until I passed the Registered Merit Reporter test on November 4, 2006. I am currently a Certified Realtime Reporter, and I am planning on testing for the RDR as soon as I can.
