My responsibilities included assisting with the multiple programs of Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Iowa, Inc.,welcoming, registering and supporting families throughout their stay at the house, facilitating check in and check out procedures with families, coordinating volunteer groups working at the House, maintaining Ronald McDonald House donor relations, facilitating intake of donations and contributions, and helping with operations and administrative duties.

Helped to advance the mission of Children and Family Urban Ministries by assisting with the implementation and evaluation of gender specific after school programs.This was done through working directly with middle school girls enrolled in the after school programming, working with the Program Coordinator to plan, implement and evaluate the program, by supporting volunteers that were working with the program and by preparing the program space before programming and cleaning up after programming.
