Sales Programs Manager - Americas
Current- Partner closely with sales leaders to drive the creation, coverage and progression of pipeline through use of metrics, selling tools, processes and alignment of cross-functional teams - Identify and remediate impediments and streamline processes in order to better identify, target and efficiently navigate all aspects of selling- Create and run all aspects of a quarterly pipeline generation event for all of the AMER sales organization, creating $33M in pipeline in three quarters- Operationalize a Pipeline Rhythm of the Business for the America's Sales org to ensure pipeline is a consistent focus in daily to quarterly periods- Design and standardize regional and global revenue programs, including sales plays and pipeline management, to accelerate ACV growth and Alteryx adoption.
