Hello, I recently graduated with my master’s degree from the University of Texas at Arlington for I-O psychology. I'm currently a full-time HR Specialist at Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope, where I'm developing my knowledge in talent acquisition, learning and development, and HR systems and processes. While here, I have focused on onboarding, developing and administering surveys through Qualtrics, creating interview guides and assessment tools, and recruiting for this summer’s interns. My school and work experiences have led to me becoming more familiar with Microsoft Office, IBM SPSS, and R (programming language). I hope to utilize my knowledge and experience to succeed in the realm of I/O psychology.
