My professional experience has come from the various jobs I've had over the years, and my very wise teachers - many of whom have 4 legs. My goal is to hold an engaging position in a healthy, equine-centered atmosphere which will enable me to apply my current expertise while challenging me to continue my growth as a rider, instructor, and trainer.Specialties: I specialize in kind, ethical treatment of all horses, at all times. This spans management practices, environmental soundness, ground work and mounted work. I teach my riders gentle respect of their mounts, and to ride as humanely as possible. For this reason I have been drawn to Mary Wanless's approach of teaching riding, called Ride With Your Mind, and I am a Mary Wanless accredited coach.
