Cross-train from the Nursing department to the Allied Health department, gaining additional knowledge in the Therapy, Rehabilitation, Radiology, Cardiology and Respiratory Therapy fields. Recruit healthcare professionals for both temporary and permanent employment using various sourcing methods: cold calling, website postings, direct referrals and internal database mining. Assist in the development of internal policies and procedures, with a focus on achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Develop new Client contacts and strengthen established relationships with hospitals nationwide. Identify and qualify Registered Nurses for placement across a broad spectrum of specialized settings. Experience interviewing and negotiating contractual terms on behalf of both parties, the Nurse professional and the Client. Frequent, extensive communications with CNOs, DONs and HR Executives. Familiar with all relevant terminology for a wide variety of nursing disciplines, including but not limited to: ICU/CCU, ER, Telemetry, Step Down, Med-Surg, OR, PACU, Pre-Op, L&D, Nursery, PICU/NICU, Interventional, Radiology and Cath Lab.

Learned branch management duties including accounting, loss control, and marketing. Received continual training on customer service excellence and multi cultural sensitivity. Maintained relationships with major corporate accounts, insurance agencies, and dealerships.
