As a Healthcare Virtual Assistant at Hello Rache, I provide administrative support to medical professionals in the US, such as managing their schedules, handling their faxes and emails, and preparing the insurance reports and documents. I use medical transcription that converts handwritten notes into digital text, to efficiently and accurately transcribe medical information and records. I also have experience in scientific research and laboratory work, as I worked as a Science Research Assistant and a Laboratory Technician at Philippine Genome Center, where I assisted in various projects related to genomics, biotechnology, and bioinformatics. I performed tasks such as DNA extraction, PCR, sequencing, and data analysis, using various equipment and software. I also worked as a Quality Control Checker at Euro-med Laboratories, where I ensured the compliance and accuracy of the laboratory tests and results. I have a strong background in biology, as I graduated from Batangas State University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology in 2019. I have a keen interest in learning new skills and technologies that can enhance the quality and efficiency of healthcare and scientific services.
