The daily newsletter tackles national and international news through a women’s lens, providing actionable information to help leaders start their day. The publication includes original reporting and aggregated sources, as well as profiles of top women leaders. The associated Formidable Podcast will highlight leaders doing extraordinary things both at work and in their personal lives.

Drove significant revenue growth every year as publisher, making PSBJ one of the highest performing markets by audience growth, revenue and margin in the American City Business Journals chain. Was the lead speaker for all PSBJ events, and was responsible for growing and maintaining strong relationships with top partners, while also leading a team of department directors, including the Editor in Chief, Sales Director, Events Director and Creative team.

I oversaw one of the largest newsrooms in the American City Business Journals chain. The paper grew its subscription base every year during my time as editor. Newsroom won the Society of Professional Journalists' Sigma Delta Chi Award for Public Service Journalism in 2018 for our "Price of Homelessness" coverage.
