▪️ Worked in a group of 5 to operate the wholesale department of the Sheridan Nurseries location with the highest traffic, consistently achieving profit margins over 100% weekly▪️ Organised plant orders (up to 200 items) on wholesale and retail clients, cooridinating with landscapers and homeowners based on seasonal availability.▪️ Coordinated with landscapers and logistics teams to schedule timely pick up or delivery times to ensure client satisfaction▪️ Oversaw inventory management: Ordering, organising, and delivering plant orders up to $10,000 in revenue▪️ Assisted in the substituting plants species similar in function, colour, cost, and form based on seasonal availability & client’s needs.▪️ Designed and built seasonal planters for commercial and residential spaces such as condominium fronts, yards, and restaurants.
