Team Lead/Professional Recruiter
Team Lead/ Recruiting• Responsible for the leadership, management, and development of a team of recruiters supporting our clients on a national scale • Set and monitor individual, team, and office goals on a quarterly and yearly basis and analyze weekly business intelligence to track this progress• Lead daily office meetings to summarize progress on client requirements• Interact with client managers as necessary, and take ownership for providing qualified candidates to meet the necessary requirements Professional Recruiter- Work with local and national technical consultants to identify contract, contract-to-hire and permanent positions in the areas of IT, specifically Infrastructure, Telecommunications and Engineering. - Analyze client requirements against qualifications and career goals of candidates to find the best individual for the job.- Source potential candidates by utilizing Apex’s proprietary database, networking, referrals, User Groups, job boards and advertising.- Qualify candidates for specific opportunities by conducting telephone and in-person interviews to obtain work employment history, education, skill set, etc. - Serve as point of contact for career coaching, resume enhancements, pay rate negotiations, benefits and payroll questions.- Work closely with Sales and Management Team to understand and deliver on client’s needs.- Follow-up with candidates to ensure candidate satisfaction and provide exceptional customer service
