Job description includes:- Management of a team of 12 people working on sending local youths to volunteer abroad, delivering team standards and creating a healthy work environment. - Operations tracking, execution and accountability of marketing activities such as information sessions, stands, the creation of promotional materials, university appearance, social media…- Positioned as the final responsible for product management in the committee, the biggest in Spain, in charge of local strategy implementation, and the development of product culture. - Build and maintain international relations by tracking and executing IR and routines, fostering long-lasting partnerships with over a dozen committees around the globe, willing to achieve our goals. - Expectation setting and general alignment with the National AIESEC committee in Spain, continuing to encourage committee relations in this symbiotic relationship.

Responsible for leading a team of 4 people in charge of managing and delivering a successful experience to global volunteers attending AIESEC projects in Barcelona, to guarantee an enjoyable stay. - Management of volunteers, matching process, HR, interviewing and selection of volunteers, carrying out IR calls, airport pick-up support, assistance with the VISA process, and auditing all necessary documentation. - Incoming and outgoing preparation seminars based on information about Barcelona, currency, tourist attractions, public transport, potential risks, cultural shock, and spaces for volunteers to meet each other. - School management and coordination, where volunteers will work over the course of six weeks, holding weekly feedback calls with school directors and advisors about the workshops. - Management of host families, volunteers feeling comfortable at home, offering weekend activities, and carrying out information sessions and making the pooling of families before the home allocation. - Assisting the exchange participants with anything they may need, during their experience in Barcelona, and organising events for them to enjoy: bonding events, activities, outings, a closing space…

AIESEC is an international organisation recognised by the UN providing global volunteer programs and internships. In IR and Data management, I managed partnerships and global committees, along with: - Managing the IR partnerships and following up on the volunteer’s statuses, tracking the incoming teams in the host entity and committee prior, during and after the experience. - Establishing and executing local outgoing team meetings, along with international relations managers' commission activities (newsletters, calls, online). - Data gathering and centralization, including the understanding of all kinds of workfields and key personas. - Understanding of sales, talent acquisition and customer experience. - Marketing synergies to inform about the local IR partnerships and best available opportunities, to ensure that the customer flow reaches the operational goals.

MUNSA is UNSA Barcelona's MUN conference. Academics requires strong organisation, attention to detail, diplomacy in communication and and a deep understanding of Model UN procedures. - Coordinate logistical aspects of the conference's academic program, including scheduling committee sessions, workshops, chair training and preparation simulations for delegates.- Recruit committee chairs and choose the committees that will be present at the conference. - Manage communication with delegates, committee chairs and guest speakers regarding conference procedures, topics, and expectations. Expectation setting with the rest of the Secretariat. - Support the preparation of study guides, position papers, and other academic documents for delegates, the rules of procedure and knowledge about them, including their grading and assessment. - Provide on-site support during the conference, assisting with logistics, delegate inquiries, crisis management, feedback processes for the conference overall and identifying improvements for the future.

Members of UNSA promote awareness, understanding, and engagement with global issues and the work of the United Nations among students at Pompeu Fabra University, create and attend MUNs. - Participation in general assemblies to discuss and plan events, initiatives, and projects related to the association, MUN conferences, given courses, dinners...- Collaborate with other members to organise events such as the association’s 20th-anniversary gala, UNSA summer camp, Model United Nations simulations, and more. - Membership recruitment and engagement of existing members in UNSA activities.
