I'm an experienced somatic practitioner and trainer, as well as a former performer, choreographer, and creative advisor. Currently, my work is focused on combining embodied awareness and movement practices with thinking and learning processes in a number of different professional settings.Over the past decade, along with working with hundreds of wonderful clients, I've been lucky enough to co-found two companies, Embodiment at Work and Empathic Organization, both devoted to bringing more aliveness, human connection and empathy into diverse work environments. Out of this we've co-created and developed a wide range of activities exploring connections between embodied awareness, personal insight and collaborative problem-solving.At the moment I'm deeply interested in embodiment science and education, focusing on applying an embodied approach to professional and curricular development for educators and administrators. I greatly enjoy sharing embodiment tools and building spaces for co-creating new approaches to the complex challenges facing educators today.
