I am a senior at North Carolina State University in Raleigh, NC. I am pursuing a major in nutrition, as well as a minor in sports science. I currently work in the Drake Lab within the NCSU Sensory Service Center, and have been enjoying learning about consumer testing and the research that goes into creating a product. After I graduate, I plan to go to grad school for my masters in nutrition as well as obtain my RD. In my free time I enjoy working out in the gym and sharing my experiences with health and fitness with the people I meet. I have a passion for helping others learn about healthy eating and the importance of being physically fit. One of my favorite things about studying nutrition is that I can apply what I learn to my own health. I am hoping to turn my love for nutrition and fitness into a career, as well as being able to aspire others in their fitness journey along the way.
